All Rollem FAQ Questions

Account

Visit the Register page and fill in your full name, mobile number, email address, and a secure password. After submitting, verify your mobile with the OTP sent to your number. The whole process usually takes under three minutes. You must be at least 21 years old and eligible under applicable rules to open an account.

No. Each player is permitted only one Rollem account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and can result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your account, use the recovery option on the Login page instead.

Log in to your account and go to the profile or settings section. Some changes—particularly mobile number updates—require identity verification before they take effect. If you cannot update the details yourself, contact support at support@rollem.best with your current registered information.

You must be at least 21 years old. This applies to registration, login, deposits, withdrawals, and all gaming activity. Rollem may request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately.

Email support@rollem.best from your registered email address and request an account closure. Before the account is closed, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. If you are closing due to problem gambling concerns, please read the Responsible Gaming page first—a self-exclusion option may be more appropriate.
Deposits

Rollem supports GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are in Philippine pesos (₱). The available options for your account are shown in the cashier section after you log in.

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your Rollem wallet within a few minutes. If a deposit has not appeared after 15 minutes, check that the transaction was completed on your GCash or Maya app and that the correct amount was sent. Contact support at support@rollem.best with the transaction reference number if the issue continues.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. Always check the current minimum before initiating a deposit to make sure the amount will be accepted.

Rollem does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider—for example, your bank or e-wallet—may apply its own transaction or service charges. Check with GCash, Maya, or your bank if you notice a deduction beyond the amount you intended to deposit.
Withdrawals

Log in to your Rollem account, go to the cashier section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred payment method—GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet, or your linked bank—enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are sent to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally processed within a few hours once approved. InstaPay and PESONet transfers to BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other banks typically arrive within one banking day. Processing times may be longer during weekends, Philippine public holidays, or periods of high request volume.

A pending withdrawal may be waiting for identity verification, bonus wagering completion, or routine review. Check your account notifications or inbox for any document requests. If the withdrawal has been pending for more than 48 hours without communication, email support@rollem.best with your username and the transaction reference.

Yes. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section at the time you make a request. They vary by payment method and are shown in Philippine pesos. Make sure your available balance meets the minimum before submitting a withdrawal request.
Bonuses and Promotions

New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The current offer, minimum deposit amount, and bonus terms are shown in the promotions section of your account after registration. Bonus amounts are credited in PHP and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

A wagering requirement means you must place a total amount of bets equal to a specified multiplier of the bonus (for example, 20× the bonus amount) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Each active promotion shows its own wagering requirement in the promotions section. Game contributions toward wagering—for example, Slots vs. Live Casino—may differ per bonus.

When your friend registers using your referral code and meets the qualifying conditions, both you and your friend can earn a reward. Visit the Refer a Friend page for your personal referral code, current reward amounts in ₱, and the specific conditions that apply. The referral code must be entered during registration to be valid.

Some bonuses can be removed from your account before wagering is completed by choosing to forfeit the bonus in your account settings. Once wagering has started, forfeiting the bonus typically means the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed. Check the specific bonus terms or contact support before deciding.

The Live Casino streams real dealers in real time through your browser. You join a table, place your bets during the betting window, and the dealer resolves the outcome on camera. Winnings are credited to your Rollem wallet instantly. A stable internet connection produces the smoothest experience.

Go to the Basketball Betting section after logging in. Select the game, choose your market (moneyline, handicap, over/under, etc.), enter your stake in ₱, and confirm. Pre-game and live in-play options are available depending on the current schedule. Minimum bet amounts are shown in the bet slip.

Pusoy (Filipino poker) is a card game where 13 cards are arranged into three hands—a three-card front hand and two five-card hands—and compared against opponents. Rollem's Pusoy rooms allow Filipino players to join tables at varying stake levels. Visit the Pusoy page for current table availability and the rules overview.

Responsible Gaming

Log in and go to account settings or the responsible gaming section. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in ₱. Limits take effect immediately. Increases may have a cooling-off period before they apply. Read the full Responsible Gaming page for more information on available tools.

A cooling-off period or full self-exclusion can be applied from your account settings or by emailing support@rollem.best. During a self-exclusion, login and deposits are disabled. Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously and processed promptly. Rollem recommends self-exclusion to any player who feels gaming is becoming harmful. Visit the Responsible Gaming page for guidance.

No. Your Rollem account is personal and may only be used by the registered account holder. Sharing your account, login credentials, or payment method with another person—including family members—is not permitted and may result in account closure. Anyone who wants to play must create their own account and meet the age and eligibility requirements.
Still need help?

Your Question Not in the Rollem FAQ?

This FAQ page is updated regularly, but some situations need a direct answer. The Rollem support team is available via email and will respond as quickly as possible.

If you have read through this Rollem FAQ and still cannot find the answer you need, the best next step is to email support@rollem.best. Include your registered mobile number or username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or transaction reference numbers. This helps the team resolve your query faster without extra back-and-forth.

Common situations that need direct support rather than an FAQ answer include: a deposit that has not been credited after 30 minutes, a withdrawal that has exceeded the expected processing time, a login issue that the account recovery option could not resolve, a suspected unauthorised transaction on your account, a bonus that was not credited correctly after meeting the qualifying conditions, or a technical issue during a live game session.

For responsible gaming concerns—including setting limits, requesting a cooling-off period, or self-exclusion—the Responsible Gaming page explains all available tools. These tools can be activated quickly and do not require waiting for a support response.

Terms and conditions for all Rollem promotions, account rules, payment policies, and eligibility requirements are covered in the Terms and Conditions. Reading them alongside this FAQ will answer the majority of questions about how Rollem operates and what to expect as a registered player.
